Fish in Wine
This is a great recipe to try if you’ve never cooked fish before. Makes four servings.
Only 173 calories and 2 grams of fat.
- 1 pound fresh fish fillets
- 1 red/green pepper; thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 large onion; thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Wash fillets. Line whole fillets in baking pan. Cover fillets with lemon juice and veggies. Pour the wine over top and sprinkle bread crumbs on. Bake for about 20 minutes.
